Return/Refund policy
We have a 5 business day return and refund policy which means you have 5 business days after receiving your package to request a refund.
Process:
Contact us on admin@mjstyles.co.za with order details to request refund.
Once the email is received, we will send a confirmation email.
Product should be returned for inspection before refund process can commence. (Client will be liable for all return costs)
Eligibility:
In order for your request to be considered, you should meet the following requirements;
- Wig/product must be unworn/ unused
- Wig must not be combed
- Wig/product must be in same condition as it was received
- Wig/product must be in original packaging
- Provide proof of payment of the wig/product
You will be eligible for a full refund if:
- Incorrect wig/product was received
- Quality problems with the wig received
- Length problems with the wig received
Rejection and acceptance:
Refund will be rejected if;
- Wig has been worn
- Wig has been washed
- Wig lace has been cut, tinted or bleached
- Changing colour or wig does not suit me.
- Product has been opened.
Refund acceptance:
Email regarding acceptance will be sent to you.
Banking details will be requested from you.
Refund can take between 7-21 business days
Note: If request is not related to quality issues, a fee of R900 will be deducted from the refund.
Damages:
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately on admin@mjstyles.co.za if the item is defective, damaged or if you received wrong wig. At MJ Styles, we pride ourselves with quality, all products are inspected before courier. We are confident that there hasn’t been any issue with our orders however if there are any issues, feel free to contact us.
